Earth & Essentials reserves the right to cancel/reject any order in case of malicious, suspicious or fraudulent payment methods.
Cancellation requests by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
Earth & Essentials will decide on the cancellation request based on the current order status among other factors. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed according to the company rules and any cancellation charges if applicable will be deducted from the refund. If the order is cancelled before shipment the refund will be 100%.
In case of custom packed products that are packed specially for a customer, cancellation will not be entertained.
